The Nevada division is a division in B-League. It only exists in this concept. Blue Moon, Coors Banquet, Coors Light and Hop Valley make up the Nevada division. All of the teams in the Nevada division are sponsored by Revision Brewery. In the first RIAL season Revision Brewery sponsored teams made up of free agents. All of those teams were named ofter beer sold by Revision Brewery. That is where their names come from.

Primary Logos
The primary logos are the same as their beer counterparts. I think my favorite of these is the Hop Valley logo. I didn’t have much control over the logos or branding for these teams. I did have a little more control over the alternate logos. With a lot of the alternate and throwback logos I created things that aren’t in the official branding of the companies. Interesting fact #1 that I learned while doing the Nevada division is that Hop Valley sponsor (possibly own) a lacrosse team in Oregon. Interesting fact #2 Molson Coors (parent company for all of these beers) sponsors other non-professional sports team and events outside of the RIAL. I knew that Coors Light did some non-professional sports sponsorships but I did not know much Molson Coors was actually doing it. It seems that Molson Coors allows distributors to use names, logos, and branding to sponsor non-professional sport events and teams.
Jerseys
Quick recap on jerseys, Dark and Light jerseys are basically interchangeable home and away jerseys. 3rd jerseys are basically alt jerseys, City jerseys are meant to connect the team with the local community. Retro jerseys are 90s/00s. Surge jerseys are basically color rush jerseys. All jerseys can be used as home or away jerseys as long as they are not the same primary color.
The jerseys are the thing I had the most control over designing for the Nevada division. I think the Coors Banquet jerseys are some of the best that I have done in the RIAL series so far. Coors Banquet being navy and Coors Light being red was done on purpose to emphasize their rivalry. It is common in sports for rival teams to be red vs blue. Reno 1868 FC vs Sacramento Republic, Nevada vs UNLV, Arsenal and Tottenham just to name a couple.
Dark Jerseys
Blue, navy, red, and green make up the Dark jerseys of the Nevada division. All of these could be used against each other. The Coors Banquet Dark jersey is my favorite dark jersey in this set. The Coors Banquet and Coors Light Dark jersey match up would be a good one.
Light Jerseys
Two of them are white, one is gold and one is silver. All of these jerseys are recolors of the Dark jerseys. Where they really stand out is with the logos. Coors Banquet, Coors Light and Hop Valley have different logos on their Light jerseys. The Coors Banquet Light jersey is based off of the Coors Banquet packaging. The Coors Light light jersey is based on their Silver Bullet Bottle. The nickname for this jersey is the Silver Bullet jersey. It was almost the third jersey but for this concept they would have wanted it as their Light jersey so they could wear it more than their white jersey. The Hop Valley Light jersey has different logos than their Dark jersey to distinguish them. They also do it so that away fans know who they are even though they all currently play at the same facility. That is something that is common with basketball jerseys.
My favorite Light jersey here is the Coors Light Silver Bullet jersey. I like the design better than the other three. I also like the theming and reasoning behind the design. I think a Coors Light and Coors Banquet rivalry night with both of their Light jerseys would be fun to see.
3RD Jerseys
The 3rd jerseys are cream, red, white and blue for the Nevada division. The Blue Moon 3rd jersey design is centered around the wordmark logo used on the jersey. The Coors Banquet 3rd jersey is red which is a departure from their navy and gold colors. This is their only jersey without blue on it. It is designed around the Banquet part of their logo. The Coors Light 3rd jersey shares the design with the Dark and Light jersey. It was designed around the need for a jersey with the teams primary logo. Hop Valley’s 3rd jersey is the most unique jersey in all of the RIAL series at the moment. It’s blue, it’s pink, it has leopard print, it has a zebra pattern and it doesn’t even have any lines in it. It is not a traditional jersey. The meaning behind the design is that Hop Valley has a beer called Stash Exotic(which is also the nickname of the jersey. This jersey is based off of the can for that beer. The great thing about that beer and the merchandise surrounding that beer is that a portion of proceeded go to animal rescue in Oregon.
My favorite 3rd jersey from the Nevada division is the Hop Valley 3rd jersey. I like the reasoning behind the jerseys existence. I almost didn’t use it. I almost saved it for a later part in this concept series. The Blue Moon, Coors Banquet and Hop Valley 3rd jerseys are on another level from the Coors Light 3rd jerseys. Jersey can have different purpose than to separate itself from the other jerseys of that team. There are plenty of real life teams that have used the same pattern for three or more jerseys. I think that adds an element of realism to this concept.
City Jerseys
The Blue Moon City jersey represent the Nevada desert, lakes, rivers, and mountains through the colors. The Coors Banquet jersey is rodeo themed after the Reno Rodeo and Coors Rodeo. The Coors light jersey is in the University of Nevada Reno colors and is inspired by the original Nevada flag. The Hop Valley jersey is themed after the Hop Valley Aceball Ale. The Aceball Ale is beer made in collaboration with the Reno Aces. I think my favorite City jersey is the Coors Light one.
Retro Jerseys
The Blue Moon retro jersey uses the teams old colors with their second primary logo. For this concept that jersey would have been introduced in the early 2000’s. Coors Banquet has a navy jersey with a logo that would have been their primary logo at the time but would now be part of their alternate logos. Both the logo and jersey would have been introduced in the mid 90’s. The Coors Light Retro jersey and logo would have been used in the late 90’s and early 2000’s. Hop Valley didn’t have any branding prior to 2009. For this concept they created a new logo and jersey just for their Retro jersey. The Vegas Golden Knights did a similar thing with their Reverse Retros.
Surge Jerseys
Blue Moon have a dark blue and white jersey for their Surge jersey. It has their alternate moon logo on the front. Coors Banquet has a gold and white jersey as their Surge jersey. It has their alternate lion logo on the front. Coors Light has a red jersey as their Surge jersey. It has their Born In The Rockies logo on the front. Hop Valley has a white and green Surge jersey. It uses their alternate hop logo on the front and sleeves.
