Reno Pond Hockey was last in the standings. They were no longer looking for their first win. They got that in their last game. The Mighty Bucks were only one spot ahead of Reno Pond Hockey in the standings. Reno Pond Hockey lost to the Mighty Bucks 3 to 6 the last time these two teams met. The all time record between Reno Pond Hockey and the Mighty Bucks was 0-1-0.

The score was 0-3 after the first half. The final score was 0-4. The Mighty Bucks won the game. Reno Pond Hockey didn’t score. I don’t know what it was but Reno Pond Hockey could not find the back of the net. They had plenty of opportunities. It just didn’t go for them. They have been haunted by giving up odd man rushes and breakaways all season. That was probably the biggest issue in this game. Something has to change. Reno Pond Hockey is still getting chances. They are still keeping games competitive. Hopefully things will get better soon.
