The Reno Ice Adult League Fall 2022 season is halfway over. The regular season ends on November 21st. I think the playoffs will start that week. I do not know at this time what the official start date or format will be for any of the playoffs. I am assuming at this point things wont change that much. The post season hasn’t changed too much since the RIAL started back in the summer of 2021. I think for this season the league will stick with four team playoffs for the post season. I think they will stick with that due to ice time restraints during the hockey season (October to April).
Teams with six wins will qualify for the playoffs. Teams with four or five wins should qualify for the playoffs. Teams with less than four wins probably won’t qualify for the playoffs. Last season seven teams made the playoffs without six wins. No team made the playoffs with less than four wins.
B-League
None of the teams have qualified. None have been eliminated. The Reno Gamblers are the current front runners. The Free Agents are in last place. They are only four points or two wins outside of a playoff spot.

C-League
C-League is the only league I think that could have a playoff with more then four teams. I don’t think they will but they could expand it to six teams. For C-League teams may have to secure seven or more wins to get into the playoffs. This will make the C-League playoffs highly competitive. None of the C-League teams have qualified for the playoffs yet. The Slappy Gilmores lead the league. United Skates is in last. They are eight points or four wins from a playoff birth.

E-League
None of the teams in the E-League have qualified for the playoffs yet. Battle Born leads E-League. Battle Born is half a win from qualifying. If they win one more game or go to a shootout they will secure their playoff spot. Milkshakes are last in E-League. They are four points or two wins outside of a playoff spot.
