I have power rankings for week 3 of the RIAL winter 2022/23 season. Eleven of the seventeen teams moved. Every team has played at least one game now. Eight teams do not have a win after the first two weeks. Every team will have played two games heading into the holiday break. The holiday break will start on December 22nd. Games will resume on January 2nd, 2023.

Cruz Construction still leads the B-League power rankings. Everyone else moved up or down one except Silver State Wire. The Tahoe Dawgs moved up after winning two games and getting 16 goals. Carson City Hyundai moved down after their loss. Tahoe Storm moved down after their loss as well.
