There are only a few weeks left in the RIAL Winter 2022/23 regular season. There wasn’t a lot of movement in the A-League this week. The top half of the B-League was shaken up. Most of the D-League moved around. Ten of the seventeen teams moved around. Two teams did not play this week. All teams have won at least one game this season. That is the first time that has happened since the RIAL Summer 2022 season. One team has still not lost a game in regulation time. One team has lost multiple shootouts. That marks at least the third season in a row where one or more teams have lost multiple shootouts in a single season.

Cruz Construction is now back on top of the B-League power rankings. Cruz Construction moves up after the Tahoe Storm and Tahoe Dawgs squeeze-out shootout wins against teams in the bottom three of the power rankings. 4 Seasons, Carson City Hyundai, and Silver State Wire stay in the same spots. Silver State Wire did manage to finally win a game. They beat Carson City Hyundai. However, Silver State Wire don’t move up because Carson City Hyundai had a huge 7-0 win against them earlier in the season.
