Reno Pond Hockey RIAL Spring 2023 Schedule

The RIAL Winter 2022/23 season isn’t even over yet and we have the schedule for the upcoming season. The RIAL Spring 2023 season starts immediately after the end of the RIAL Winter 2022/23 Season. There is a grand total of one day for the offseason. The RIAL Spring 2023 season starts this Monday. Reno Pond Hockey will play their first game on Wednesday, March 22nd at 10:30pm. Reno Pond Hockey will open up the season with a game against Q & D Construction.

For the RIAL Spring 2023 season, D-League is expanding to eight teams. Q & D Construction join the D-League after going 1-9-0 in the C-League during the RIAL Fall 2022 season. The Fire Hosers (D) join the D-League after the Reno Fire Hosers split. The Reno Fire Hosers went 1-8-1 in the C-League during the RIAL Fall 2022 season. For the RIAL Spring 2023 season the Reno Fire Hosers split into the Reno Fire Hosers (B) who play in the B-League and Fire Hosers (D) who play in the D-League. Reno Pond Hockey will have a ten-game regular season for the third season in a row.

Reno Pond Hockey has two games in March, five games in April, and three games in May. The biggest change for this season is the start times and days. Reno Pond Hockey will have four games that will start before 9pm. During this last season Reno Pond Hockey had zero games with a start time before 9pm. Reno Pond Hockey is only playing after 10pm three times this season. During this last season they played after 10pm five times. The earliest start time is 6:30pm. The latest start time is 10:30pm.

Reno Pond Hockey will not have any Saturday games this season. The majority of this season’s games will be on Sundays and Mondays. There will be four Sunday games, three Monday games, two Wednesday games, and one Friday game. The overall RIAL Spring 2023 schedule seems like Reno Ice is trying to make the league more accessible for fans to attend or watch.

Apr. 23 – Reno Pond Hockey at The Guardians (rivalry night)

Apr. 30 – Reno Pond Hockey at Jurassic Pucks (semifinal rematch)

May. 22 – Reno Pond Hockey vs Jurassic Pucks (last game of the regular season, semifinal rematch)
