The RIAL Spring 2023 season is in its tenth week now. Eleven of the thirty three teams moved this week. Twelve of the teams did not play in week nine including the entire D-League. Only one team is still undefeated. Two teams are still without wins this season. There was not shutouts in week nine. There was only one shootout in week nine.
Most of the teams didn’t play or didn’t move in the power rankings. The top of the A-League switched around. The top and bottom of the B-League moved around. The middle of the C-League saw some movement. The top of the E-League saw some movement.

The Swift Institute is now on top of the B-League power rankings. They moved up after back to back wins. Cruz Construction moved up after two wins including a win over Silver State Wire. Silver State Wire dropped down after a loss to Cruz Construction. The Reno Fire Hosers B did not move after a win and two losses to teams in the top three. Carson City Hyundai didn’t move after a shootout loss and a win. 4 Seasons moved up after a loss and a win. The Tahoe Storm moved down after two losses. The Murder Hornets did not move after another loss.
