Today is the twelfth day of Conceptober. Today’s prompt is to create a jersey that would go with a chrome helmet. The Vegas Golden Knights and LA Kings are the only team I know of that use or have used chrome hockey helmets in the National Hockey League. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish use chrome helmets in the NCAA. Chrome colors with metal brushed textured logos have made appearances in the NHL Stadium series before.
Again I used the Wheel of Names to pick a team for this concept. Excluded from the spin where the Florida Panthers, the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Calgary Flames, the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Vancouver Canucks, the New York Islanders, the San Jose Sharks, and the Toronto Maple Leafs. The winner ended up being the Montreal Canadiens.
For this concept I decided to make a chrome jersey. Basically it is just the Montreal Canadiens home jersey in chrome. I think they would have a blue chrome helmet to go with it.
