Like I said in my last two posts, I am super behind on Conceptober. The prompt on the 21st was to create a jersey concept for a national team. I have done a lot of national team jerseys recently with of my FIFA ice hockey crossover series. I did a series for the FIFA World Cup 2022. I also am doing a series for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023.
Again I used the Wheel of Names to pick a team. I used all eighty two International Ice Hockey Federation teams to pick a team for this concept. The winner ended up being Romania.
The jersey is yellow, red, and blue. The design of the jersey is inspired by their current jerseys and the Romanian flag. On the front is the logo they use on their jerseys. It is kind of a simple design but it works really well with being designed after their flag.
