In the A-League, the Reno Gamblers and the Doughboy’s Donuts! secured playoff spots. The Reno Mustangs and the Free Agents also advanced to the playoffs. Whiskey Dekes and the Great Basin Brewing Misfits were eliminated from playoff contention.

The RIAL Fall 2023 A-League playoffs came down to the last game of the A-League regular season. The Free Agents and Whiskey Dekes were both outside of a playoff sport by one win. They played each other for the final game of the A-League regular season. The winner would tie the Great Basin Brewing Misfits and the Reno Mustangs possibly advancing them to a playoff spot. The Free Agents won the game 6-5. That result tied the Free Agents with the Reno Mustangs and the Great Basin Brewing Misfits. The Free Agents would beat the Great Basin Brewing Misfits on tie breakers to advance to the playoffs. The Free Agents and the Great Basin Brewing Misfits tied with one win each in their head to head regular season record. The Free Agents would score two more goals than the Great Basin Brewing Misfits during the regular season to give the Free Agents the win on tie breakers.

The Free Agents advanced with the four and final spot in the RIAL Fall 2023 A-League Playoffs. The Great Basin Brewing Misfits were eliminated from playoff contention. The Reno Mustangs moved up to become the third seed in the RIAL Fall 2023 A-League Playoffs.

The number one seed defending A-League champions Reno Gamblers will play the number four seed Free Agents in the first RIAL Fall 2023 A-League Semifinal on Thursday, November 15th, 2023 at 9:15pm. The number two seed Doughboy’s Donuts! will play the number three seed Reno Mustangs in the second RIAL Fall 2023 A-League Semifinal on Thursday, November 15th, 2023 at 10:45pm. Both of the RIAL Fall 2023 A-League Semifinals will be played back to back. The RIAL A-League Fall 2023 Championship will be on Sunday, November 19th, 2023 at 8:00pm.

The Reno Gamblers have won the RIAL Fall 2023 A-League regular season title. They did that with a record of 8-2-0 with 16 points. This is the Reno Gamblers fourth A-League regular season title. Their last regular season title was the RIAL Fall 2022 A-League regular season title. They also won the RIAL Spring 2022 A-League regular season title and the RIAL Fall 2021 A-League regular season title.

The number three seed Black Ox and the number four seed Murder Hornets have been eliminated from the playoffs. The number one seed Desert Dogs will face the number two seed Oktoberfest in the RIAL Fall 2023 C-League Championship game. The RIAL Fall 2023 C-League Championship game will be on Sunday, November 19th, 2023 at 6:30pm PST.

The Desert Dogs won the RIAL Fall 2023 C-League regular season title. They did that with a record of 8-1-0 with 16 points (they still have one more game to play). This is the Desert Dogs first regular season title.
