Week five of the Sierra Inline Hockey League is here. Unlike the last two weeks of action teams will only be playing in one game this week. There was a little bit of snow last night but games are going ahead as scheduled. The playing surface should be good to play on. There is only two games this week. The season will be half way over after today. There should be plenty of action in todays games.
It is week five of the SIHL. Team D plays Team B at noon. Team A plays Reno Pond Hockey at 1:00pm.
Team D will be looking for their second win of the season. Team B will be looking for their fifth straight win to start the season. Team D is coming off of a 2-6 loss to Team B. Team D has a record of 1-2-0. Team D are in third place. Team B are coming off of a 6-2 win over Team D. Team B has a record pf 4-0-0. Team B are in first place. Puck drop for this game is set for noon.
Team A will be looking for their third win of the season. Reno Pond Hockey will be looking for their second win of the season. Team A is coming off of an 8-4 win over Reno Pond Hockey. Team A has a record of 2-2-0. Team A are in second place. Reno Pond Hockey is coming off of a 4-8 loss to Team A. Reno Pond Hockey have a record of 1-3-0. Reno Pond Hockey are in last place. Puck drop for this game is set for 1:00pm.
There is a lot of stuff going on in week five. All of these games are rematches of the final games in week four. Will Team B push their winning streak to five games? Team B will stay in first place even with a loss. Will Team A get one win closer to first place? Will Team D be the first team to upset Team B? Will Reno Pond Hockey get another win?
