The Reno Ice Adult League Winter 2023-24 season is in week thirteen. The power rankings in this post are based on the games played between February 5th and February 18th. Twenty teams participated in twenty one games since the last power rankings. Only one team did not play between February 5th and 18th. Seventeen of the twenty one teams moved. No teams remain undefeated as of writing this. One team has finished the season without a win. They are the only team to not get a win this season.

The big reason they moved up is because they beat Cruz Construction in week eleven. The Tahoe Storm moved up after their fifth straight win. Cruz Construction moved down after a loss. 4 Seasons moved down after back to back losses. Carson City Hyundai moved down even though they got a win in week twelve. Carson City Hyundai had three straight losses before their win against a bottom three team. The Reno Fire Hosers B stayed in last in the power rankings after losing their third game in a row.

After winning eight games in a row they lost back to back games. The Trash Pandas are third in the power rankings. They moved up after winning three games in a row. The Reno Fire Hosers D are in the fourth spot in the power rankings. They did not move. The Jurassic Pucks moved up after a win over a top three team. The Guardians moved down after not playing. Mid-Ice Crisis moved down after back to back losses. Reno Pond Hockey remains at the bottom of the power rankings after being the only team in the RIAL to not get a win this season.
