The Oilers got the lead and they didn’t let up. After game two it looked like the series was going to be a lot closer than it ended up being. After a huge game three blowout the Oilers were just unmatched by the Kings. The game four defeat for the Kings was the realization that the Kings wouldn’t come back in this series. The Kings offense was absent from two of the five games. The Oilers so far are meeting expectations. Round two will probably be the same level of competition for the Oilers.
