The Bruins had a blowout win in game one. The Panthers had a blowout win in game two. This series is tied. It could go either way. So far there has not been a clear favorite.

The Oilers held the lead until late in the game. Then the Canucks found two goals to tie and win the game. This was poor display of the defensive capabilities of the Oilers. They had a two goal lead twice and even a three goal lead. They blew it. The Canucks stuck with it to win. Games have played out like this countless times for the Oilers. My biggest take away from this is that it is game one. What happens in game two is more likely to dictate how this series plays out.
Game two of this series will be on Friday, May 10th. That game will be in Vancouver. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
