The Reno Ice Adult League Fall 2024 season is winding down. Teams have two to four regular season games remaining. In the A-League three teams have secured playoff spots with one team eliminated from playoff contention. In the C-League one team has secured a playoff spot and one team have been eliminated from playoff contention. In the D-League two teams have secured playoff spots with all of the teams still in the playoff race. Six of this seasons twelve total playoff spots have been secured. Only two teams have been eliminated from playoff contention so far. The RIAL Fall 2024 Playoffs start on Sunday, November 17th, 2024.
In the RIAL A-League The Reno Gamblers, the defending champions Doughboys Donuts!, and the Mustangs have secured playoff spots. The Misfits have been eliminated from playoff contention. There is only one playoff spot left in the A-League. A-League teams have two games remaining.
Whiskey Dekes are in the last playoff spot. They will not be able to secure twelve points. The Free Agents are are two points (one win) away from tying for the last playoff spot. The Whiskey Dekes and Free Agents both only have two games remaining. It will be a close race to finish out the A-League season.
If the playoffs started today, the Reno Gamblers would play Whiskey Dekes. The Doughboys Donuts! would play the Mustangs. The RIAL A-League Playoffs start on Sunday, November 17th. Both of the RIAL A-League Semifinals will be played back to back on that day starting at 9:30 PM. The RIAL A-League Championship game will be on Sunday, November 24th, at 8:00 PM.
