The Tahoe Knight Monsters teased an announcement about the upcoming “Affiliation Weekend”. I thought their announcement was going to be more details about what is happening that weekend. I was hoping for a jersey announcement. I did not expect what they announced. The Tahoe Knight Monsters announced their alternate identity today. The Tahoe Knight Monsters will be the Tahoe Golden Monsters for “Affiliation Weekend”. This is not a permanent name change. In Todays announcement they teased a new logo and announced the name change. The new logo is a recolored version of the primary logo with the word knight replaced with the word golden. The Tahoe Knight Monsters “Affiliation Weekend” will be on February 6th, 7th, and 8th. The Tahoe Golden Knights will be playing the Adirondack Thunder for all three games. The Tahoe Golden Knight have not announced anything else about the weekend yet. They have not revealed a jersey yet. They have not announced any giveaways.
