The Tahoe Knight Monsters are set to take on the Utah Grizzlies in a three-game weekend series, all hosted at the Tahoe Blue Event Center in Stateline, Nevada. The action begins on Friday, January 9, with a 7:00 PM puck drop, marking the first night of Military Appreciation Weekend. The series continues on Saturday, January 10, also at 7:00 PM, for the second night of the special tribute weekend. The Knight Monsters will then wrap up the matchup on Sunday afternoon, January 10, with a 3:00 PM start time, closing out what should be an exciting homestand for Tahoe.
The Tahoe Knight Monsters head into the weekend sitting third in the division and continue to serve as an affiliate of the Vegas Golden Knights. Tahoe has put together a solid season so far, posting an 18-12-3 record as they look to strengthen their position in the standings. Meanwhile, the Utah Grizzlies currently occupy seventh place in the division and are affiliated with the Colorado Avalanche. Utah enters the series with a 13-14-3 record, hoping to gain ground and climb the standings. This will be one of the final weekends ever to catch the Utah Grizzlies in Tahoe. Following the 2025-26 season, the Utah Grizzlies will be relocating.
