Croatia vs Morocco
Croatia took on Morocco in the third-place game for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Croatia lost to Argentina in the semi-final to be sent to this game. Morocco lost to France in the semi-final sending them to the third-place game. Croatia and Morocco were both in Group F. Their group-stage match ended in a 0-0 draw. Croatia scored the first goal in the 7′ minute. Morocco answered in the 9′ minute with the tying goal. Croatia took the lead right before halftime with a goal in the 42′ minute. The score was 2-1 Croatia going into the second half. Neither team scored in the second half. The final would be 2-1 Croatia. Croatia had more shots but they were close. Possession was close. It was a close game with Croatia just edging out Morocco. With that Croatia took third place.
Argentina will play France in the world cup final.
The final is tomorrow. What a game that will be. To me, this will be the experience of a lifetime just to watch the match. I wasn’t alive for the Pelé or Maradona world cups. I see this almost like the 92′ dream team. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to watch the best player in the world try and reach what has evaded him.

The United States, Australia, Poland, Senegal, Japan, South Korea, Spain, and Switzerland were eliminated in the round of 16.
The Netherlands, Brazil have been eliminated in the quarter-finals.
Morocco was eliminated in the third-place game.
Croatia won the third-place game.
Argentina and France have advanced to the world cup final.
