The C-League Championship is now set. The first E-League Semifinal also happened last night. That game was between the number one seed and number four seed.

#1 Blue Moon vs #4 Black Ox | C-League Semifinals
In the second Reno Ice Adult League Spring 2023 C-League Semifinal game the number one seed Blue Moon played the number four seed Black Ox. Coming into the game Blue Moon won both of their regular season games 5-3. Blue Moon had the better record in the last five games and had a three game winning streak to end the regular season. Black Ox finished the regular season with back to back losses. Blue Moon missed the RIAL Fall 2022 C-League Playoffs. Black Ox was eliminated in the Semifinals of the RIAL Fall 2022 C-League Playoffs.

Blue Moon have gotten the second shutout of the RIAL Spring 2023 playoffs. Both of the RIAL Spring 2023 C-League Semifinal games have now ended in shutouts. In the first Reno Ice Adult League Spring 2023 E-League Semifinal game the number one seed Trash Pandas played the number four seed Satan’s Gatekeepers. The Trash Pandas won both of their regular season meetings 5-3 and 7-1. The Trash Pandas had the better record in their last five games. They finished the regular season with only one loss and back to back wins. Satan’s Gatekeepers ended the regular season with a loss. The Trash Pandas won back to back regular season titles and appeared in both of the prior E-League Championship games. They have not won a championship yet though. Satan’s Gatekeepers missed the last two playoffs.

In the D-League , Reno Pond Hockey, The Guardians, Mid-Ice Crisis and the Jurassic Pucks secured playoff spots. Q & D Construction, the Nevada Police Foundation, the Grrrowlers, and the Reno Fire Hosers D have were eliminated from playoff contention.
The number one seed Reno Pond Hockey will play the number four seed Jurassic Pucks in the semifinals. The other semifinal matchup will be the number two seed Mid-Ice Crisis and the number three seed The Guardians. The D-League semifinal matchups are the same they were last season. Both D-League semifinal games will be on Wednesday, May 31st, 2023. I did have the number two seed and three seed mixed up before but it has been fixed.
Reno Pond Hockey won the Reno Ice Adult League Spring 2023 regular season title. They did that after having an undefeated season going 10-0-0 with 20 points. They have not lost a game since December of 2022. This is also back to back D-League regular season titles as they also won the RIAL Winter 2022/23 D-League regular season title.
