The Nevada Wolf Pack are in the NCAA March Madness tournament. They have been selected as a tenth overall seed. For most of the season I was confident that they would get into the tournament. The moment they beat Colorado State with a buzzer beater I was pretty confident they would make the tournament. Getting ranked twenty fourth in the nation only added to my confidence. Going one and done in the Mountain West tournament shot my confidence in the team. That just a bad game to watch as a Nevada fan. After that I thought if Nevada was still going to get in they would be in the first four. Instead they got in as a ten seed.
The Nevada Wolf Pack had a record of 16-7 including a conference record of 13-5 during the regular season. They came in second place in the Mountain West Conference. They were the two seed in the Mountain West Tournament. They lost to Colorado State in the Mountain West tournament. That a was a very disappointing loss as for Nevada. Hopes were high for them going into the tournament just for them to be eliminated in their first game. New Mexico ended up winning that tournament. Overall six Mountain West teams made it into March Madness.

The Nevada Wolf Pack got the tenth seed in the West and will face the seventh seed Dayton Flyers on Thursday, March 21st at 1:30 PM. That game will be at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City Utah. The Delta Center is the home of the Utah Jazz of the NBA.
