Thirteen minutes into the third period, Michael Underwood of the Mariners received a penalty for roughing and for slashing and Logan Nelson of the Tahoe Knight Monsters received a penalty for roughing. This was the first game ever where the Tahoe Knight Monsters did not score a goal. With this game completed the Knight Monsters are half way through the regular season. The offense just wasn’t there in this game. Hopefully they can turn it around with the last game in Maine.
