Reno Pond Hockey are gearing up for their twelfth season in the Reno Ice Adult League. The upcoming season is the RIAL Spring 2025 season. The schedule is already out. Reno Pond Hockey start their season tonight. The Reno Pond Hockey schedule can be seen here. After a long off season, Reno Pond Hockey is eager to hit the ice.

It will be the twelfth season in the RIAL for Reno Pond Hockey. Reno Pond Hockey went undefeated last season. They won all of their regular season match ups and the RIAL Fall 2024 E-League Championship game. They won twelve games in a row. That was their second undefeated season. Reno Pond Hockey and the RIAL E-League were on hiatus for the RIAL Winter 2024-25 season. The focus right now for Reno Pond Hockey is continued development.

Reno Pond Hockeys joined the Reno Ice Adult League as a founding member for the Summer 2021 season. Reno Pond Hockey was one of the original RIAL teams. Reno Pond Hockey played its first three seasons in the RIAL B-League. In the summer of 2022, the RIAL restructured and Reno Pond Hockey was sent down to the newly created RIAL D-League. In the summer of 2024 Reno Pond Hockey was sent down to the RIAL E-League. Reno Pond Hockey has made the playoffs six times. Reno Pond Hockey has made the championship game five times. Reno Pond Hockey has won three regular season titles and three championships. Reno Pond Hockey won back to back regular season titles and championships in the RIAL D-League. Reno Pond Hockey has won one regular season title and championship in the RIAL E-League. Last season Reno Pond Hockey finished the regular season in first place out of six teams. They had a regular season record of 10-0-0. They were first in goals scored last season with 55. They were tied for first place in the least goals allowed with 26. They did secure a playoff spot. They won their semifinal match. They won the championship game. They also did not allow a goal in the playoffs which was a first for the team.

Reno Pond Hockey play the Grrrowlers on Sunday, March 30th at 9:30 PM and on Sunday, May 11th at 6:30 PM. The Grrrowlers came in last place last season. They had a record of 1-8-1. The Reno Ice Adult League Spring 2024 E-League Playoffs start on Monday, May 26th. The top four teams will make the playoffs. The playoffs will be single elimination. The RIAL Spring 2024 E-League Championship game will be on Friday, May 30th. The RIAL E-League is the only league not having their championship game on Championship Sunday. On Championship Sunday all of the RIAL Championship games are played back to back.
