There was a lot to be happy about with the Vegas Golden Knights preseason performance. They managed to come from behind multiple times. They were able to find wins in regulation, in overtime, and in the shootout. It is always hard to judge how a team will do this season. The Golden Knights have 84 games ahead of them. They have one goal. Win the Stanley Cup. Starting their tenth season, it is a realistic goal. Things have been positive so far. Vegas will start the season off against Chicago. That will be the first real test for the 2026-27 Vegas Golden Knights squad.
