In Group D are China, Denmark, England, and Haiti. China does not have their own women’s hockey league. China has a women’s hockey team in the Zhenskaya Hockey League (Russian women’s hockey league). Denmark has the Danish Women’s Hockey League. England has the Elite League. For this concept, Haiti would have a league like the Ligue Haïtienne.

China are sponsored by Nike. Their colors are red, yellow, and white. I modified the logo to say CHA for China Hockey Association instead of CFA for China Football Association. They have a red jersey and a yellow jersey. The red jersey has a pattern on it inspired by the pattern on the soccer kit. On their collar is 1924 for when their soccer team was founded.

China does not have their own women’s hockey league. China has a women’s hockey team in the Zhenskaya Hockey League (Russian women’s hockey league). That team is associated with Kunlun Red Star who play in the KHL (top Russian league). Basically since 2016 China has had their national teams play as Red Star Kunlun in the Russian leagues instead of having their own ice hockey leagues. The Russian leagues are structured like the National Hockey League.

Denmark are sponsored by Hummel. For this concept Hummel works with CCM to manufacture their ice hockey jerseys. Their colors are red and white. I did not modify their logo. The have a red jersey and a white jersey. Both jerseys have the same pattern which is inspired by the pattern seen on the soccer jerseys. On the collar is “Human rights for all” which was on their jerseys for my Qatar 2022 concept.

Denmark has the Danish Women’s Hockey League. In that league teams play in regional groups followed by a tournament. It is structured a lot like NCAA basketball.

England are sponsored by Nike. Their colors are blue and white. Their logo also has red, green, and yellow in it. I did not modify their logo. They have a blue jersey and a white jersey. On the blue jersey is a pattern inspired by the pattern seen on their blue soccer jersey. On the collar is 1872 which is the year their soccer team was founded.

England has the Elite League. They do have multiple leagues but the Elite League is their top league. That league has a regular season and a playoffs.

Haiti are sponsored by Saeta. For this concept the Saeta jerseys are manufactured by New Era. Their colors are blue, red, gold, and white. I did modify their logo. I got rid of the soccer imagery and some of the text. They have a blue jersey, a white jersey, and a red jersey. All three jerseys have a pattern on them that is inspired by the pattern seen on the soccer jerseys. All three jerseys also have a gradient on the sleeves. On the collar it says “L’Union Fait La Force” which translates to unity is strength. It is on all three of their soccer jerseys. The motto and the Saeta logo that are on collar are in chrome which is inspired by how the Canadian Football League logo is in chrome on their jerseys which are made by New Era.

For this concept, Haiti would have a league like the Ligue Haïtienne. The structure would be a two stage season. They would have two regular seasons back to back. The winners of each regular season would play in a championship game or series. If the winner of both seasons is the same team then they play the second place team. If both seasons had different second place teams, then those teams would play with the winner playing the first place team for the championship.

Here is what Group D looks like. The Denmark jerseys are my favorite. #1 ranked is Denmark. #2 ranked is China. #3 ranked is England. #4 ranked is Haiti.
